Cross-cultural communication for women in an international environment
The program is designed for women who live, work or build relationships in an international environment. The seminar helps to understand the cultural logic of different societies, learn how to confidently interact with foreigners and use differences as a resource for personal and professional development.
The expert seminar will allow students to:

- Understand the differences in cultural patterns in four areas of life: career; love and relationships; family and children; personal well-being.
- To understand the social structure and peculiarities of Western psychology.
- Adapt your communication style while maintaining your own boundaries and personality.
- Navigate the international dialogue — in work, relationships, family life, and everyday situations.
- Understand the cultural differences that influence communication, reactions, and decisions of people from different countries.
